美智庫：北韓似乎重啟核反應爐

美國約翰霍普金斯高等國際研究學院的美韓研究所說，衛星照片顯示，北韓似乎正在重啟鈽核子反應爐。

這座位於寧邊（Nyongbyon）的5百萬瓦反應爐2007年根據裁武協議關閉。北韓今年4月宣布計畫重啟這座反應爐。

美國約翰霍普金斯高等國際研究學院（JohnsHopkins School of Advanced International Studies）美韓研究所（U.S.-Korea Institute）的最新報告，肯定使得國際社會再因為北韓核子計畫而陷入緊張狀態。

由於無法到現場勘查，因此很難肯定地說，寧邊反應爐正在重新啟動。

但美韓研究所表示，商用衛星8月31日拍攝到的照片顯示，寧邊的蒸氣渦輪與發電機室冒出白色蒸氣。而推動渦輪與發電機的就是反應爐產生的蒸氣。
