黃岩島問題 陸：菲勿挑新事端

菲律賓軍方昨天表示，菲國正研議如何因應中國大陸在黃岩島鋪設混疑土塊。大陸外交部發言人洪磊今天對此表示，黃岩島的情況大陸最清楚，希望菲律賓不要再挑起任何新的事端。

大陸外交部下午舉行例行記者會，洪磊在回答媒體提問時，作上述表示。

洪磊指出，大陸對黃岩島及附近海域「擁有無可爭辯的主權，黃岩島的情況我們最清楚」，菲律賓所指稱的情況「完全是捏造事實」。

他說，大陸在黃岩島及附近海域的活動，均屬大陸主權範圍內之事。大陸敦促菲律賓不要再挑起任何新的事端，並與大陸相向而行，為維護南海和平穩定和恢復中菲關係，作出應有的努力。

菲律賓海軍總司令阿拉諾（Jose Luis Alano）昨天表示，菲律賓正研議如何因應大陸在黃岩島鋪設混凝土塊，是否拆除這些混凝土塊，將由菲律賓政府作最終決定。
