私買股票圖內線交易獲利　女特助自首被訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】擔任股票上市公司董事長特助的53歲簡姓女子，去年11月得知中國某公司將入股，簡女趕在公司發佈訊息前，1天內買進公司7百張股票，後見媒體報導公司被疑有內線交易，簡女遞狀自首並全額繳出犯罪所得。新北地檢署今起訴簡女涉犯《證交法》內線交易罪嫌，最重可判10年，但建請法官酌減其刑。

簡女與董事長為姊弟關係，去年11月7日下午被弟弟要求籌備中國某公司6天後來台舉辦簽約入股儀式，簡女隔天急買7百張公司股票，花了1千3百多萬元。

去年12月3日，簡女看新聞報導得知公司被疑股票內線交易弊案，心中不安，雖沒賣掉7百張公司股票，但與律師討論後遞狀自首。

檢方算出該公司在此重大訊息公布後10天內股價平均值為每股20.35元，簡女買進每股約19.01元，算出簡女「擬制所得」（專有名詞，以假設方式計算犯罪所得）為93萬8750元，簡女隨即全額繳出。
