房客一直買我房子,魯了我二年了

我二年半前買了約2000萬後來出租開始,房客就一直要買,問題是我沒有其他房子,也是租在公司附近.剛剛又打電話要我加一成2200賣他,,,我是不想賣..問題是我沒有其他房子.重點是我沒有其他房子..賣了我還是要買呀!..還是我先賺了先.

若你這是大樓的房子若有超過15年，我建議你可以考量賣掉，但是請不要就開2200，因為之後會有些費要付出，所以建議就再開高點吧

己加班完我先去公司附近房仲看看,,,我想房子就賣他我再買公司附近的好了,不過賣他的前提是我要先找到我要的房子
