若違法關說　陳守煌：願辭檢察長

【呂志明／台北報導】高檢署檢察長陳守煌下午接受媒體訪問時，再次強調如果經檢察官評鑑委員會認定涉嫌關說，「我願辭去檢察長職務」。

陳守煌話鋒一轉，還反問最高檢察署：「請問最高檢，有沒有找過一審主任檢察官、檢察長，討論個案，如果不合最高檢的意思，是否有檢察一體解決問題，今天說我關說，最高檢就是檢察一體，分明是二套標準」。

陳守煌還痛批特偵組「假刑事立案之名，行行政調查之實」，依照《法院組織法》，特偵組並無行政調查權，如今特偵組這麼做，「紊亂行政體制，造成國家混亂，應嚴格禁止」。
