因為多年長時間工作和飲食不正常
讓我身體越來越不健康
曾經到過媚登峰減肥
也去過醫美診所抽脂、看中醫
工作很忙沒時間運動
但是減肥都是瘦瘦胖胖的
從來沒有瘦身成功過
在4年前利用網路

我瘦了9公斤，已經維持到現在都沒有復胖
我的人生終於轉變成美麗的世界
我終於可以穿上漂亮婚紗拍結婚照
瘦下來的心情真的是難以想像的快樂
因為我從來沒想過自己有瘦下來的一天
我今年32歲，生了小孩也很快就瘦回來
我很滿意這次的減重效果
