成醫：台灣乳癌患者年輕化

台灣飲食習慣日漸西化，成大醫院表示，台灣乳癌患者年齡層有下降的趨勢。

成大醫院血液腫瘤科醫師陳雅萍指出，台灣乳癌診斷年齡介於45歲至49歲，遠小於西方的70歲至74歲。

台灣小於40歲的乳癌患者比例為16.6%，美國是8%，小於35歲的乳癌患者比例，台灣是9%，是美國的4.5倍。這些年輕乳癌患者很多是未婚及職場中的女性。

陳雅萍表示，研究顯示，年輕乳癌的細胞惡性度較高，預後較差，容易復發，患者得面對生病帶來身體的不適，心理負擔會產生焦慮及徬徨，擔心生育能力下降，影響異性交往的動力。

年輕乳癌患者面對的困難和壓力，比更年期後的乳癌患者，有更多、更複雜的相關問題衍生，人際關係或與伴侶關係的變化，遠超出手術、化療帶給她們的不舒服或不愉快。

年輕乳癌患者不只要積極配合治療，更重要的是讓自己外觀和生病前沒有太大不同，才能讓自己有信心，繼續追求幸福，愈早發現治療，就有機會生兒育女。
