黃家進炒房 判刑6月

號稱「三黃一劉」之一的黃家進，在新店市成立仲介公司，利用人頭貸款買賣房屋，並與男子李世傑變造他人個資貸款，台北地院依變造私文書罪，將黃家進判刑6月，李世傑判刑3月，均可易科罰金。

判決指出，黃家進為能向日盛銀行成功貸款，與李世傑共同偽造文書，以電腦繪圖方式，變造邱婦銀行存摺內頁進出明細資料，製造假財力證明文件，騙取承辦行員誤信邱婦戶頭，確有大筆資金存入，而同意放款480萬元。
