趁貨車司機搬貨偷竊 快閃賊落網

台北市大安分局警方今天抓到一名專偷貨車司機的竊賊，警方表示，嫌犯都是利用中午時間，趁著運將下車送貨的空檔，迅速打開車門竊取駕駛座旁的財物，有被害人的信用卡，還因此被嫌犯盜刷變賣牟利。

台北東區八月間，陸續發生多起貨車司機財物被竊的案件，警方調閱監視器畫面，鎖定一名陳姓男子涉有重嫌，持搜索票在他汐止住處將人逮個正著。警方發現，嫌犯都是以步行或騎單車方式，趁著中午貨車司機卸貨、搬貨時機，打開車門竊取駕駛座旁的財物，得手之後逃逸無蹤，如果是信用卡就盜刷買3C商品再銷贓換成現金。

大安分局敦南派出所所長鄭文學表示，嫌犯可能犯下十多起案件。「跟監期間，我們發現嫌犯會把被害人證件隨意丟在大水溝內，經過員警打撈，我們報請檢察官指揮， 核發拘票和搜索票之後，將犯嫌查緝到案，目前我們清查發現有七個被害人，十幾起案件。」

雖然嫌犯落網否認犯行，也供稱被查扣的贓物是撿來的，不過，警方根據掌握的證據，將全案依竊盜罪嫌移送法辦。
