暴雨強襲／暴雨水沖兩米高　百公斤孔蓋噴飛

水柱從下水道噴出來，不但將百公斤的人孔蓋掀開，還沖到兩公尺高，讓巡邏員警簡直嚇壞了。目擊員警：「一下子就沖出來一次，因為水壓很高，那時雨勢很大。」

這樣的畫面，就發生在幾天前，當時康芮颱風過後，高雄降下豪大雨，位於小港區的高坪22路，路邊出現有如噴泉的景象，雖然看起來壯觀，不過路上經常有貨車往來通行，擔心發生交通意外，員警趕緊兩兩合作，才把這些人孔蓋一一復原。

高市高松所副所長許朝欽：「力道很強，車輛經過的話，可能會釀成傷亡。」

事實上，高雄市其他地方，在當天也發生類似狀況，雨水不停從路邊的孔洞冒出，形成水柱，而警方拍攝的畫面，剛好附近就是地勢較高的大坪頂，由於位在高水頭區域，豪大雨發生時，雨水匯集到下水道，水壓才會太高，把百公斤的人孔蓋噴飛。
