兒少保護工作 雲林、花蓮、南投表現最差

【唐鎮宇／台北報導】《康健》雜誌今公布全台22縣市兒少保護工作評比，結果發現，宜蘭縣、屏東縣、高雄市、桃園縣、台北市、台中市、澎湖縣、新竹市等8縣市獲得「5片銀杏葉」表現最佳；雲林縣、花蓮縣、南投縣則只有獲得1片銀杏葉，表現最差。

《康健》表示，調查是針對兒少保護工作的「執行力」、「人力」、「積極度」15項指標評比，也結合第一線兒少保社工問卷調查。執行力方面，依《兒少福利與權益保障法》規定，兒虐通報24小時內，社工必須見到孩子並展開調查，但調查顯是有9縣市無法全做到，其中雲林縣達成率僅4成7，南投縣、新竹縣僅6到7成。

在人力方面，先進國家社工每位社工處理15到25案，但台灣除離島的連江縣、澎湖縣人數較少，及桃園縣符合標準外，其餘縣市通通「爆表」，花蓮縣甚至一位社工要處理230案以上。
