役男若免役 未複檢仍得入伍

〔自由時報記者李宇欣／台北報導〕民進黨立委陳亭妃昨質疑，政府去年修正役男服役體位區分標準，刪除入伍實際測量的身高體重認定，但徵兵體檢與實際入伍時間往往相差四至五年，身高體重恐有變化，此制度並不合理，要求重新檢討役男入營的體檢規定，避免不適合體位的役男被迫入伍。

役政署︰仍可驗退

內政部役政署副署長鍾國屏表示，徵集令的入營須知已註明，若身高體重不符標準，入伍前應申請複檢，否則無法辦理退役；但王男若在服役期間有疾病問題，會送醫學中心複檢，若檢查出不符合體位將驗退。

陳亭妃接獲民眾陳情指出，南市王姓替代役男於九十八年徵兵體檢，當時符合服役標準，但去年八月入伍發現實測身高體重已超過免役標準，役政署卻堅持王姓役男入營前未申請重新複檢，仍要服役，王家擔憂兒子過胖、又有肝硬化，進成功嶺恐成為洪仲丘第二。
