【陳冠宇／台北報導】今天凌晨2時許，一名女子坐在5樓頂的水塔上，雙腳朝外情況危險，警消獲報緊急前往現場救援，趁該名女子不注意時將她拉下，交由警方與家屬陪同送醫，結束一場虛驚。
