馬總統：風災農損從寬認定

針對康芮颱風帶來台灣嚴重災情，馬英九總統今（2）日表示，「小颱風大豪雨」造成農損相當嚴重，政府會從寬認定、從速查報，儘快解決問題。

馬總統上午表示，台灣現在的氣候跟以前很不一樣，「小颱風大豪雨」，颱風強度不到中度，但帶來的豪雨卻讓大家以為是強烈颱風的雨量。

馬總統並以雲林縣為例，強調雲林縣在過去一週，先後遇到潭美跟康芮颱風，降雨可說空前的大，因此造成的農損也相當嚴重。

由於雲林農損目前估計高達新台幣1億多元，至於實際影響數字可能還會再增加，馬總統說，政府會按照農業天然災害救助辦法，從寬認定、從速查報，儘快解決問題。
