少子化衝擊 高職不足10人小班

教育部今天說，受少子化衝擊，10多所國立高中職招生不足，為維護教育品質而減低班級人數；高職因有分科出現不足10人小班。

國高中學校近期陸續開學，由於少子化影響，不少學校面臨招生不足的困境，其中包含國立高中職。

教育部國民及學前教育署副署長黃新發表示，今年高中職7月登記分發放榜後，發現少數國立高中職出現較高缺額，若依照過去每班42人來編班，可能會嚴重減班；考量課程需要和維持同儕學習規模，因此將班級人數由每班42人減低到35人，以減少衝擊。

黃新發表示，目前約有10多所國立高中職出現減班狀況，這些學校多位於較偏遠地區，而高職部分因為有分科限制，若該校離其他學校距離較遙遠，也讓學校以單科單班方式開課，因此有兩所高職出現不到10人的個位數小班。

由於少子化已是不可避免的趨勢，黃新發表示，為維持一定規模的學習，且不影響學生受教權，之後也將研議更適合的班級人數基準，高職部分，若單科人數未達班級人數基準時，會請學校進行類科整合。
