【涂建豐／高雄報導】高雄市林園區工業區晚上7時許，突然天空出現一片光芒，民眾懷疑林園中油廠趁大雨偷排廢氣！環保局人員獲報前往了解，發現中油林園廠因為跳機，管線中的乙烯、丙烯必須排出燃燒，才造成火光。不過，因中油未依規定在一小時內通報，加上現場聞到臭味，依據《空氣污染防制法》規定，各裁處十萬元，共二十萬元罰鍰。
