縱火害死5命 彭建源更一審仍判死

前年發生在新竹的KTV縱火案，嫌犯__彭建源只是因為不滿好友不幫他出氣、就向鐵皮屋縱火、結果燒死了5人。他在一、二審都是被判處死刑，但是最高法院在去年底發回更審，而今天高院更一審的判決結果、仍然是死刑。 猛烈大火不斷燃燒鐵皮屋陷入整片火海消防人員花了二十分鐘才把火勢撲滅去年三月這場火警造成五死三傷的悲劇主嫌彭建源氣不過自己的好朋友不幫他出頭直接拿汽油到KTV縱火連帶造成無辜生命死亡 ==張永仰新竹市警察局長== 一敲門 打開門 他就把汽油潑灑就點火 彭建源被捕後毫無悔意一二審法官都認為他惡行重大判處死刑三審辯論後又發回更審

更一審開庭時彭建源自己供稱 他買了十餘公升的汽油去燒死五個人，你還覺得我不夠可惡嗎? 那我下次有機會出去，我會做一件更可惡的事，讓你看看! 沒有判我死刑，如果可以出去，依我的個性我還是會殺人..... 高等法院認為他手段殘暴激烈如果不處以極刑無法撫慰死者家屬維持原判死刑
