求營養午餐的一道菜做法QQ

突然好懷念想到以前小學時營養午餐有一道菜是

馬鈴薯+紅蘿蔔切成超小方塊再加上青豌豆跟玉米

天阿 超好吃的>< !! 入口即化 ~

而且只有那道配飯就很好吃哦 但又不是咖哩 應該是燉蔬菜之類的

不曉得有沒有擅長作菜或是有知道這道菜的朋友能提供資訊@@?

我想自己做 超想吃的 但記憶久遠 真的很難聯想 我七年級生Q_Q

麻煩請網友幫忙 提供相關食譜也可以 感謝><
