4G建設　三大業者沒用陸制基地台

電信業者加緊4G計畫，國家通訊傳播委員會(NCC)表示，包括中華電信、台灣大哥大、遠傳、台灣之星都已送交4G架設許可申請書，NCC目標3周發出系統架設許可。目前三大電信業者送交的基地台規格都沒有陸制設備。

NCC表示，業者收到NCC的架設許可後，就可開始建置，經審驗合格，NCC將發出特許執照，業者拿到特許執照後需半年內開台，而業者開台前還需送交資費、營業規章、服務契約等。

另，NCC發言人虞孝成說，為加速4G建設，經行政院協調，希望全國公家機關公有建物與建地能配合業者需求供電信業者4G建設基地台，台北市政府率先同意，若業者有需要使用北市建地物以興建基地台，北市府採積極態度，內政部警政署也通函警察機關，在不影響警察勤務，且房舍所有權人同意下，警察單位也配合政策，全台灣警察局、派出所有約數千個，若都能建置基地台，4G將可更普及。（徐毓莉／台北報導）
