標題[請益] offer請益 先進 矽品

小妹最近找工作，有幸得到這兩家公司的offer 因為是第一份工作，實在不知道要怎麼抉擇... 麻煩各位前輩指導! 公司 世界先進 矽品精密 工時 12hr 12hr但以上的機會也很大 (須輪小夜跟假日值班) 薪資 N(一般碩畢價) N 職稱 擴散製程 產品工程師 年薪 保16 經理說分紅加一加應該有16 但版上資訊看起來應該沒有.. 可報加班(but主管面有難色) 地點 新竹(租屋) 台中(租屋) 心中是覺得第一份工作選擇先進，應該有較好的資歷! 但是產品工程師接觸的環境跟工作內容跟製程大大不相同， 需要跟國外客戶洽談，也要管理專案，感覺很有挑戰性(壓力大)， 內心有點動搖..... 而且主管一直極力邀請我... 不知道版上有沒有矽品的前輩可以指點迷津~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.158.176.237
