原能會稱核四已「試運轉」 立委譁然

原能會主委蔡春鴻今天在立法院答詢時鄭重表示，核四目前進行的安全檢測，事實上就是在「試運轉」（pre-operation），並非外界解讀燃料棒裝填後才算試運轉。但此一說法引起立委譁然，批評原能會有失管理。

媒體報導經濟部和台電規劃今年9月於核四裝填燃料棒，蔡春鴻表示，目前還沒收到經濟部和台電的正式申請公文。經濟部次長杜紫軍則澄清，經濟部規劃9月把核四安全檢查報告送到原能會，不代表當時就會裝填燃料棒。

立法院教育及文化委員會今天邀請原能會、經濟部就「台電龍門（核四）及核一、核二、核三安全補強措施現況及其期程」進行專案報告。
