上班上色情網站 中市官員記過

台中市政府大甲區公所民政課李姓課員被爆料上班時間上色情網站，市府今天決議「記過兩次、調離現職」處分。

在大甲區公所民政課任職課員的李姓男子，今天被多位台中市議員爆料，在上班時間上色情網站議價召妓，大甲區公所隨即召開考績會對李男行為議處。

台中市政府人事處長林煜焙表示，經考績會討論，以李男「行為不檢，有損政府及公務人員的聲譽」，決定對李男採取「記過兩次、調職現職」等懲處，並立即發布懲處令。

林煜焙指出，李男承認自己有上色情網站與色情業者聊天及詢價，但沒有實際的召妓行為。

依市府人事處資料，李男被發布懲處後，今年考績將被列為乙等，而且年終工作獎金也被扣2/3，一般公務人員可領到1.5個月年終獎金，今年李男只能領到0.5個月。
