婦女節大禮　新北首創產檢假5日

新北市政會議今通過《新北市性別工作平等自治條例》草案，提出首創「產檢假5日」、「陪產檢假2日」及延長「陪產假為7日」等措施，新北市長朱立倫表示，這代表新北市對兩性平權新時代創新要求，「產檢假及陪產檢假對鼓勵生育下一代、孕婦權益保障，及要求爸爸負起責任！」該條例送交議會審議後，再送至行政院會，最快年底可望上路實施。

《新北市性別工作平等自治條例》計有4項創新作為，包括「要派公司落實派遣勞工性別工作平等保障」、「增加仲介公司協助外勞防止性騷擾義務」、及「產檢假5日」及延長陪產假為7日」，與要求僱主在勞工育嬰留職停薪復職前1個月給予訓練避免與職場脫節。（方佳怡／新北報導）
