日本公營電視台NHK（日本放送協會）會長籾井勝人在就任當天要求全體理事提交日期空白的署名辭職信，引發爭議，會長在國會眾議院總務委員會的答辯上解釋原因。

「それぐらいの覚悟でやってほしいという気持ちだった。辞表をむやみやたらと使って、脅すようなことは一切しない」。
 
「我只是希望他們能帶著這樣的覺悟來工作，絕對沒有濫用辭呈進行威脅這種事」。
