東岸聯絡道已完成　貨櫃車將禁駛市區

許多民眾向市府表示，基隆港東岸聯絡道去年底已完工通車，但多數貨櫃車及砂石車還是奔馳市區，並未改走聯絡道，嚴重影響道安，市府也毫無作為．令人失望。

今日基隆市警局回應，表示本案市府已在2月15日完成公告，不過相關行車動線及改道告示牌、禁行標誌還沒有製作完成，無法懸掛於通行路段，市長張通榮已於2月27日基隆港市道安會報中裁示，由交旅處會儘速會勘並完成告示牌製作，以利警方執法取締違規行駛車輛。（戴之聖／基隆報導）
