中國時報【（林偉信）】

知名藝術品拍賣業者「新屋藝術中心」董事長、知名雕塑家葉倫炎 ，被控一再出售雕刻大師朱銘「達摩」贗品牟利；台北地院認為，葉未委請朱銘基金會鑑定真偽，卻開立原畫真跡保證書販售贗品，昨日依詐欺罪將他判刑2年，可易科罰金，全案可上訴。
