詐騙集團假冒華航　騙取民眾個資！華航緊急澄清

詐騙集團無所不用其極，連華航也淪為被利用的目標，有民眾投訴指出，收到屬名華航寄來的E-mail，內文標明航班、票號，擔心信用卡被盜刷，打到E-mail上頭的客服電話詢問，才知道上當。華航公司經查證後也緊急發聲明澄清，希望別再有人上當受騙。

據報導，有民眾收到一封華航寄來的機票訂購同意書，清楚標明航班、票號、票價，民眾擔心是信用卡被盜刷，趕緊打給客服電話，沒想到想了好久都沒人接，才知道自己受騙。

民眾向華航公司申訴後，華航經過查證，趕緊發出聲明表示，E-mail裡頭航班是c1，是刻意偽冒華航ci班號，而且客服電話也不正確，研判是詐騙集團隨意散發，要騙取收信人相關個資。

華航目前已經報警，也提醒所有民眾不要輕易將個資告訴對方，以免上當受騙。
