鄰居變狼人 賠百萬獲緩刑

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北15日電）陳姓男子追求鄰居女子遭拒，揚言「我今天一定要得到妳」，強壓被害人企圖性侵。他事後承諾賠償百萬，獲法官宣告緩刑。

台北地院判決指出，陳男住在新北市新店區，他垂涎被害人美色，獻殷勤追求屢遭拒絕，憤而由愛生恨，去年8月假藉要找手機充電器跑到被害人家裡，以魁梧身材把被害人撲倒在床想硬上，撂狠話「妳反抗沒有用，我今天一定要得到妳」，又拉被害人的手摸自己下體。

被害人極力反抗，趁陳男如廁空檔逃離魔掌並報警，警方獲報趕到時，陳男舉手坦承。法院審理時，他並和被害人以新台幣100萬元達成和解。

法官斥責他不尊重女性性自主權，審酌他獲得被害人原諒，依強制性交未遂罪，判處2年徒刑，緩刑5年，緩刑期間付保護管束，全案可上訴。1030215
