iOS7.1 beta4 推出，目前不支援JB

iOS-7.1-beta-4  
在昨日台灣時間1/20凌晨，蘋果悄悄的發佈iOS7.1 第四個測試版本，提供給開發者先行測試，在Beta3有許多UI和效能上的改變後，這次更新更是搭配Xcode 5.1與Apple TV的更新，但主要還是有加入修復Beta3上的BUG。

推出延後因素
beta4推出時間延後推出，原本beta版本是會兩週推出更新的規律，但在這次beta4是受到前次的開發者網站被黑客攻擊事件所延誤，好在在昨天就已經順利再次推出。
