以下為幫朋友代PO ---------------------------------------- 最近研替收到了艾克爾(Amkor)的錄取通知， 是湖口廠 製程工程師，主要為覆晶製程(Flip-chip)， 碩士起薪約42K上下，第二階段補滿， 由於板上關於Amkor的訊息不多， 想請問以下幾件事： 1.
