涉炒存託憑證 鍾文智等4人交保

台北地檢署偵辦連一鮑魚老闆鍾文智等涉炒作特藝石油公司的存託憑證，昨天將鍾男等四人聲押禁見。台北地院今天裁定四人各以新台幣廿萬交保。

台北地檢署發言人黃謀信表示，檢方將即時提出抗告。台北地檢署指揮檢察事務官，十六日發動搜索，約談鍾文智、前寶來證券總經理白文仁、前執行副總王永順、前協理何國威、前組長陳志偉等七名被告到案；白文仁訊後飭回，鍾文智等人傍晚被移送北檢複訊。
