屏東一名女騎士疑似身體不適，昏倒在平交道鐵軌上，被一輛花蓮往新左營的304班次自強號列車輾斃，當時有位婦人目擊，想救昏迷的女騎士脫困，卻抬不動只好眼睜睜看著不幸發生，婦人難過激動大哭。

後方的婦人見狀，想救昏迷的女騎士脫困，但卻抬不動女騎士，只能看著火車將女騎士輾斃，婦人又激動又傷心，女騎士的哥哥趕來現場，也忍不住痛哭。

警方獲報到場後，發現女騎士欠下不少債務，平時靠打零工維生，最近罹患子宮腫瘤，疑似因身體不適，竟昏倒在火車鐵軌上，但確切原因還有待調查。
