賣場偷2千元襯衫　男辯稱憂鬱症發作

【鮮明／台中報導】台中市警局第六分局永福派出所上周六接獲轄內一家大型量販店服飾專櫃報案，指稱店內一件價值2650元的進口襯衫遭人竊取，警方調閱監視畫面交叉比對，發現嫌疑人駕駛一輛轎車犯案，車主為余姓女子（48歲），余女則供稱車子借給前夫徐姓男子（50歲）使用。
 
徐男到案後原本否認犯案，看到警方提供的監視器才坦承犯行，辯稱因長期服用抗憂鬱症藥物，有時候做什麼事情自己都不知道。警方訊後，依竊盜罪嫌將徐男函送偵辦。
