「有種妳給我出來」　火爆醋女判拘30天

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭一名38歲李姓女子，7個多月前，打電話給金姓男友，金男正在開車，請同車陳姓女友代為接聽，李女竟醋勁大發，痛罵陳女：「妳他媽的給我出來，你有種給我出來，我要殺妳啦！打人」；陳女擔心李女玩真的，報警處理。

李女否認恐嚇陳女犯行，辯稱：「我忘記跟對方吵架的原因，也忘記說了什麼話，只記得當時很生氣」，檢警調閱通聯紀錄，確認李女確實罵人，宜蘭地院審結後，今天依恐嚇罪判處李女拘役30天、得易科罰金3萬元。
