監院彈劾未過 黃世銘保官位

檢察總長黃世銘被控涉洩密案，監察院今（7）日再開彈劾審查會，以6票對6票，未能通過彈劾案；根據監察法規定，監察院將無法再就此提彈劾。

監察委員吳豐山、洪德旋曾於去年11月28日提案彈劾黃世銘，監察院當時以5票對5票，未通過彈劾案。今天2人再度提案，會議從上午9時30分開始，開會超過2個多小時，最後仍以6票對6票，沒有過關。會後，吳豐山、洪德旋2人都不願意回應。

與會監委透露，上次提案監委審查報告被質疑沒納入檢察官評鑑委員會報告，這次提案監委納入檢評會報告，但彈劾對象仍只針對黃世銘，未納入台灣高等法院檢察署檢察長陳守煌、檢察官林秀濤；而從這次投票結果可知，「正反兩面的意見相當分歧」。
