【蔡明樺/台北報導】衛福部今公布去年下半年市售食品真菌毒素含量檢驗結果,共抽驗花生、堅果、米類等共204件,4件真菌毒素含量超標,其中1件中國進口的紅麴米,橘黴素殘留量63.4ppm(parts per million,百萬分之一濃度)、超標逾11倍,該批紅麴米為2009年8月進口,已全被民眾吃下肚;另有紅榖米、花生粉和紅麴米等3件國產品的橘黴素、黃麴毒素超標0.26~1倍不等,存貨已下架銷毀。醫師警告,黃麴毒素、橘黴素吃多會增加肝腎負擔,肝功能不佳者恐致肝癌。
