稱把脈治療趁機性侵　男判刑定讞

【劉昌松／台北報導】新北陳姓男子沒有醫師資格，卻在教民眾學習靜坐時，得知1名學員的妹妹車禍後下肢無力，以幫忙把脈治療為由，趁機以手指插入被害人下體性侵，被最高法院依利用權勢性交、違反《醫師法》等罪判刑1年10月定讞。

判決指出，64歲的陳男得知1名女學員的妹妹因車禍後遺症，無法久站，2011年4月，到被害人娘家，以被害人神經傳導太慢等理由，在該名學員面前，要被害人躺在地板上，脫下牛仔褲及內褲，按摩被害人的會陰穴，再趁機以手指插入下體3次，並對該學員講「妳看，她都沒感覺，她身體裡面有東西」。被害人直到回家跟女兒聊起來，才驚覺自己遭性侵，隨即報案。
