台巴混血兒吳憶樺闊別十年再度返台，6日晚間特地到台中一家火鍋店，除了重溫幼時與台灣家人圍爐的記憶，也提前和養母感受台灣人圍爐過節的溫暖滋味。

吳憶樺與德籍養母艾德納，在天主教博愛基金會執行長歐晉仁陪同下，前往日月潭天主教聖愛營地及關懷站，吳憶樺說，希望有一天有機會來這裡服務，幫助其他需要幫助的人，德國媽媽感動的表示，因為憶樺一路以來受到不少的幫助，有能力時也希望能幫助需要幫助的人。

他也特別和德國媽媽到台中品嚐台灣人最愛的火鍋，曾在巴西待過的上澄鍋物執行長楊國鼎，端出台灣飼養的大麥豬及美味的台灣鯛魚，來自梨山的高麗菜和台灣特有的龍鬚菜與茼蒿等在地好食材。吳憶樺說，他還記得小時候和台灣家人一起吃火鍋，因為養母不會用筷子，他特別涮了肉餵德國媽媽吃，提前和養母感受台灣人圍爐過節的滋味
