【動新聞】控經濟部「盜名」　反核團體提國賠

【動新聞／綜合新聞】反核團體多位學者，今天到經濟部前抗議，抨擊經濟部去年8月動用公務預算，任意將知名反核人士姓名及反核團體名稱，透過搜尋網站的關鍵字廣告，連結到推廣核能的網站，讓民眾誤以為他們「反核變擁核」。綠黨發言人潘漢聲說，「這是一個欺世盜名的政府，他不只是欺騙社會，他連我們的名字都偷走了」。
 
反核團體表示，經濟部違法事證明確，又一直沒有承認錯誤及反省，決定對經濟部提起國賠請求，求償象徵性1元，並要求經濟部官網刊登14天道歉聲明。教授董建宏說，「政府都拿我們的錢去做奇奇怪怪的事情」，他再次重申，所有訴訟的目的，是為了爭取真理與真相，經濟部最後也派出代表接受抗議書。
