涉違法吸金4億 北檢發動搜索

台北市一家資訊公司涉嫌以圈購股票為誘餌，誘騙民眾投資，違法吸金高達新台幣四億元，檢調獲報後展開蒐證，並於今天發動偵查作為。台北地檢署襄閱主任檢察官黃謀信表示：「檢調兵分十三路前往公司等地搜索，並約談六名嫌疑人，以釐清案情。」

據了解，檢方發現，這家公司根本沒有實際買賣這些股票，涉犯銀行法，而且公司負責人曾姓男子先前也曾假借報股市明牌招攬投資客入會吸金遭檢方查辦，兩年前開始另起爐灶，改用圈購未上市上櫃股票手法繼續犯案，現在再次遭到檢調查辦。
