又見偷排廢水　民眾勇當檢舉人協助查獲

【方佳怡／新北報導】愛護國土意識提升，環保局今下午公布一起與民眾協力查獲惡質偷排廢水案例，一名年約50歲民眾，上月底在家中大掃除時，突然發現住家排水溝變成詭異乳白色，直覺又是不肖業者偷排廢水立即通報環保局，還熱心載著稽查人員前往追蹤，最後追查確認為印染業者「大誠印花植絨企業社」工廠後方的水管流出。

環保局指出，進入工廠進行稽查，業者無裝設任何污染防治設備，逕行將製程廢水排入觀音坑溪，造成溪水嚴重污染，當場依違反《水污法防治》第14條未領有排放許可重罰60萬元，並對該違建工廠提報公安小組辦理後續拆除事宜。
