風車圓仔與小鴨相伴　民眾抱怨地勢低不好拍

【陳偉周／基隆報導】「擁恆文創園區」原展出13萬支風車打造的黃色小鴨外，近期更用10萬支風車打造超人氣熊貓「圓仔」，園區表示目前完成80%，暫定本月中前完工，與風車小鴨相見歡。

許多遊客爭相目睹拍攝，但因為風車圓仔地勢較低平，民眾靠近拍之後，又向後退抱怨說「地勢低平不好入鏡，一直把圓臉拍變形！」附近攤商則表示，先前連日下雨生意慘淡，希望風車圓仔能吸引遊客，搶救業績。
