血汗未成年童工　雇主遭緩起訴處分

【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆成功二路1間由37歲的鄭姓女子與49歲的咼姓男子經營的檳榔攤，雇用16歲的黃姓童工，鄭女與咼男明知童工不得於晚上8時以後工作到隔日早上6時，且例假日也不可工作，竟讓黃童每日下午4時許上班到凌晨零時許，每個月只休假3天，在去年11月3日凌晨零時許當天為星期日，基隆警員正在巡邏發現黃童正準備下班，當下被警方臨檢查獲，基隆地方法院依違反勞動基準法對鄭女與咼男緩起訴1年，並要向地方公益團體個支付新台幣1萬元整。
