史諾登再爆料　美試圖破解全球加密系統

【國際中心╱綜合外電報導】美國國家安全局（NSA）前包商僱員史諾登（Edward Snowden）向《華盛頓郵報》提供的文件顯示，美國國安局正在研發量子電腦，目的是攻破全球加密系統，取得所有他們想要得到的訊息。

《華盛頓郵報》報導，美國國安局可能已在量子電腦上投資了8千萬美元（約24億元台幣）。這個代號為「攻破難關」（Penetrating Hard Targets）的計畫在馬里蘭州的實驗室進行，一旦獲得成功，美國將可突破外國政府所設置的加密系統。
