台南啟智 爆管教不當舊案

去年12月30日才爆發台南啟智學校秦姓學生受虐，昨日又有蔡姓學生家長出面指控，該校老師曾因不當管教，造成當時就讀高二的女兒全身瘀傷，甚至被「拉」斷手骨，進醫院打鋼釘、開了兩次刀才治好。

當時向校方反映，居然得到「男老師年輕而且未婚沒小孩，應該體諒他」的答案。

雖然蔡同學已畢業，但蔡媽媽仍感不捨，拿出X光片、瘀傷照片與驗傷單控訴，老師在聯絡簿上說女兒「不乖」，需要「給予較嚴厲的懲處」，回家幫女兒洗澡發現全身嚴重瘀傷，甚至讓家長簽下同意書，把女兒每天「固定」在木製的大椅子上限制行動，乘坐校車時也讓女兒帶上桌球手套、固定手腕，一切都只為了「管教方便」。

教育部國教署強調，接獲台南啟智學校通報後，立即要求學校積極處理，並針對這名老師記過2次、調離導師職務，以及100學年度考績乙等的處分，絕無包庇暴力教師。
