兒童優惠 將統一採年齡訂標準

立法院今天(3號)三讀修正通過「兒童及少年福利與權益保障法」，將國內交通、文教設施、風景區及康樂場所等公、民營、公辦民營事業，應統一以年齡為標準，提供兒童優惠措施，且應提供未滿一定年齡之兒童免費優惠。(程平報導)

由於現行許多提供兒童服務的場所，都是以身高來決定是否給予優惠，對許多發育快的兒童並不公平，因此立法院3號就完成兒童及少年福利與權益保障法的修正，明定國內交通、文教設施、風景區及康樂場所等公、民營、公辦民營事業，必須以年齡來決定是否給予兒童優惠。提案的國民黨立委王育敏說，本次修法也同時通過一項附帶決議，要求相關的目的事業主管機關，必須在今年兒童節前就將優惠措施修正完畢，送給兒童一個大禮。

另一方面，同案也對不配合的業者訂出罰則，主管機關可處以6千元以上3萬元以下的罰鍰，並命違反業者限期改善，屆期不改善者，得按次處罰。
