【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆小鴨爆裂後，經過2天的趕工修補與清洗，今天上午9時許，重新下水由拖船慢慢拖回海洋廣場前，可愛的黃色小鴨變成歷盡風霜的「刀疤鴨」，也似乎變得更「Man」了一點。
