李奧納多賣豪宅 狠賺3.4億

李奧納多狄卡皮歐光靠炒房就可以躺著賺，他在2002年以600萬美元（約台幣1.8億元）買入加州馬里布海邊度假屋，最近以1735萬美元賣出，賺了1135萬美元（約台幣3.4億元）。

這棟度假屋根本就是豪宅，除了主屋還包括兩棟小屋給客人住，同時還擁有私人海攤。李奧納多在馬里布海邊還有另一棟度假屋，在好萊塢與紐約也都還有房子，可謂狡兔三窟。（文／鄒念祖）
