來台依親的前大陸解放軍蔡維琦，去年平安夜因細故與計程車司機方明田發生口角，蔡竟持美工刀割喉，將對方頸靜脈切斷一刀斃命。最高法院認為，蔡是因一時衝動才釀下大禍，昨日依殺人罪將他判刑14年6月確定。
