標題[請問] 想找一本討論單眼睡覺的書

本魯胖剛剛在NBA版看了一篇討論睡眠的文章(NBA?) 突然想到高中準備指考的時候 有位同學拿了一本關於睡眠的書來學校 其中印象最深刻就是教你怎麼單眼睡覺 書中說 - 平常坐公車或是長途電車的時候 - 可以利用單眼睡覺的方式造成多工的效果 例如 一眼看書 另外一隻眼睛休息 假設人一天需要睡眠八小時 利用單眼睡覺可以達成只需休息四小時 高中的時候覺得這招很酷 在班上還蔚為風行XD 現在想想雖然覺得很蠢不過也滿好笑的 不知道有沒有人看過哦? (記得是日本人寫的 書皮可能是黃色 有附插圖解釋) 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.231.96.250
